Most Hudson series here are on the Y11 blank (for example UM226–UM427, BP500–BP999, SCL1–SCL853 and TS1–TS1000), with more on the FR2, Y103, BO1, CO106 and IN8 blanks. Many Hudson series are shared with Yale, ESP, Bauer, HON, Knoll and Hauserman locks, so the brand on your furniture may be different from the lock maker.
Where to look: the code is stamped on the face of the lock around the keyway or on the key bow. On toolboxes and truck boxes, look on the T-handle or paddle lock. Clean off dirt and rust and use a flashlight at an angle to read faint stamps.
